What we collect

When you request a free missed-revenue audit, we collect the information you submit through the form: name, company, website, phone, email, trade, what you would like reviewed, and any optional note.

Text messages (SMS/A2P)

SMS consent is collected explicitly. You will only receive recurring customer-care text messages from JobRecover after you affirmatively opt in — for example by checking the consent box on our SMS consent page or by submitting a form that includes a clearly labeled SMS opt-in checkbox.

Calling a tracked phone number, submitting a general contact or audit form without checking an SMS opt-in box, or otherwise contacting us does not by itself constitute consent to receive recurring text messages.

When you opt in, message types may include missed-call acknowledgements, service-request confirmations, after-hours inquiry follow-up, scheduling coordination, customer-care replies, and related service updates.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction and service-request activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information — including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent — is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to provide customer-care, service-request follow-up, missed-call recovery, scheduling, and related communication with people who have opted in.

How we use it

We use this information only to deliver your audit, follow up about the results, and answer your questions. We do not sell or rent contact information, and we do not send unrelated marketing.

Public signals

The initial audit reviews publicly visible information about your business — for example your website, contact options, and public reviews. If you choose to share missed-call logs, open estimates, or other internal information for a deeper estimate, we treat it as confidential and use it only for that purpose.
