Practical answers about the audit, pilots, and how we work with home-service teams.
An AI receptionist mostly handles conversations at the moment of contact. JobRecover watches for leakage across the whole lead journey — missed calls, unanswered forms, quiet estimates — coordinates recovery actions, records outcomes, and only attributes recovered revenue when the event history supports it.
A CRM stores and organizes customer data. JobRecover operates around your existing CRM and lead flow to identify unbooked opportunities, run controlled recovery, and report on what was actually recovered.
A marketing agency generally creates new demand. JobRecover protects the demand you have already generated and paid for. The two can work in parallel.
No. Missed-call text-back may be one recovery mechanism. JobRecover also handles eligibility, timing, replies, suppression, human handoff, outcome tracking, evidence-gated attribution, and reporting — all coordinated as one recovery system.
JobRecover evaluates the lead event history — leakage condition, recovery action, customer response, booking evidence, and revenue data — before attributing anything. Ordinary bookings that would have happened anyway are not relabeled as recoveries.
No. JobRecover is designed to work around your existing lead sources, phone workflow, CRM, and office team. It is a recovery layer, not a replacement platform.
More leads increase total volume, but they do not fix leakage after inquiries arrive. JobRecover focuses on protecting the demand you are already paying for.
No. We focus on fast text-back, follow-up workflows, and visibility. Your team still owns the conversation and the booking.
Not for the public audit. If you want a more accurate internal estimate or a pilot, we work with whatever phone, CRM, or scheduling tools you already use.
No. Results depend on call volume, job value, market, and your current response process. We show conservative example math so you can decide if a pilot is worth it.
No. The goal is to help your team respond faster and stop letting good leads go cold — not to replace anyone.
You receive a short missed-revenue snapshot. If it looks worthwhile, we suggest one narrow recovery workflow to test for about two weeks.
The free Missed-Revenue Audit is $0. Our Founding Client Offer is $500 setup + $497/month, month-to-month, for the first small group of local home-service businesses. It includes missed-call text-back, website form instant response, basic intake questions, urgent lead tagging, owner/dispatcher alerts, a lead pipeline, basic estimate follow-up, weekly recovery reports, and ongoing maintenance and adjustments. The base price covers normal usage for a typical small home-service team. If your volume grows beyond the included SMS, phone, or AI usage, we bill the extra carrier/provider costs at cost, separately from your monthly fee. We flag unusual usage before it bills, tell you exactly what's driving it, and you can adjust volume limits, pause features, or move to a higher tier at any time. If after the first 30 days we haven't created useful recovered conversations, you can cancel before the next month. This is a managed lead-protection system, not a chatbot subscription.
The setup fee covers building your recovery workflow, writing approved scripts, setting up alerts and pipeline stages, testing scenarios, and training your team on how to use the system.
Standard communication usage is included up to a reasonable monthly allowance. Higher-volume SMS, phone, or AI usage is billed separately or moved into a higher plan. We do not promise unlimited usage.
JobRecover may not be a fit if you get very few leads, do not want to follow up with missed opportunities, need a full call center, or are looking for a cheap chatbot instead of a managed recovery system.
Usually missed-call text-back on the main line plus one follow-up sequence on unanswered quote requests or open estimates, measured over 14 days.
Garage door, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, restoration, remodeling, pest control, and landscaping companies — any home-service business where response time and follow-up drive booked jobs.
Messages are written in your company's voice and sent on your behalf. They're upfront, professional, and approved by your team — not anonymous cold texts.
